    hello, my name is EUN ZIE KWAK, (date of birth:02 AUG 1996, place of birth:KOREA ,mother’s name:HANNAH SHIN, father’s name: SAMUEL KWAK, address: Seongdongmaeul LG Village 6 Cha Apt. 610 Dong 2003 Ho, Seongbok-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Seoul Korea ). I have american citizenship. I’m trying to get social security number for the first time. Is there any way I can get it while I’m in korea? If it’s possible could you inform me specifically on how I can get it?

    Q2) additionally, I have one more question. My mother acquired a new name by naturatization. However, in the social security card, my mom’s old name is written. Is it possible to change it to new name acquired by naturalization?

  2. We are currently in Korea (military pcs)
    I have to submit I-751 and there is initial evidence is required for military family residing overseas witch is I have to submit Two completed fingerprints cards (Form FD-258) it also said the fingerprint card must be prepared by a U.S Embassy or consulte,USCIS office or U.S military installations. I’m at osan AB but my husband said they don’t have form FD-258 on this base where can I go take my fingerprint

    I have submitted DS-160 form on behalf of my mother recently. Today, I just found out that I made a mistake in filling out the form and need to correct some information. Is it possible to edit the application form after the form was submitted? Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
